Refund policy
At CCStyledIT we take pride in providing high quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene reasons, we have strict returns policies in place.
CUSTOM COLOUR ORDERS
All custom colour hair extensions are made to order specifically for each customer. Because these items are personalised and cannot be resold, custom colour orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By placing an order for custom coloured hair extensions, you acknowledge and agree that the item is made specifically for you and cannot be returned.
HYGIENE POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, cut, coloured or altered in any way. We cannot accept returns for hair extensions that have been tried on or removed from their packaging.
RETURNS
If you wish to request a return, you must contact within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Hair must be unopened and unused
- Hair must not be worn or altered
- Hair must be in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment methodif the item meets the return requirements.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hoursof delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can reslovethe matter as quickly as possible.
